What the work looks like

  • Support work

One-to-one with a participant: getting out and about, everyday routines, being someone they can count on. You'll know who you're seeing and what a good day looks like for them before you arrive.

  • Office and admin

Rostering, intake, invoicing, keeping the paperwork honest. The engine room.

What we ask

  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check

If you don't have one yet, that's fine — we'll help you get it once we've talked.

  • First aid and CPR

Current, and kept current. CPR is refreshed every year.

  • Turning up

Someone is waiting for you. That's the whole job, most days.

You do not need experience in disability support. You do need to be the kind of person who treats people properly on a bad day as well as a good one.
